When making a purchase at Arte Nova Jewelery, you guarantee that you are at least 18 years old and accept these terms and conditions that apply to all orders placed at Arte Nova Jewelery for the sale and supply of any products. None of these terms and conditions affect your statutory rights. No other terms or changes to the terms and conditions will be binding unless agreed in writing and signed by us.

Since terms and conditions may be updated from time to time (for example, to reflect technological changes, our business model, the capabilities of our system or the laws and regulations), we recommend that you visit this page regularly to become aware of any changes that may exist in the terms and conditions.

Payment methods

For your convenience, we have the following payment methods:

All prices shown on the Arte Nova Jewelery website are shown in Euros.

Once payment is confirmed, the order will be prepared immediately. All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days and sent by a shipping company.

The shipping time is, however, dependent on availability, parts that are not available in immediate stock will be sent between 1 to 3 weeks.

Shipments are always made by registered mail, through CTT. For orders in Mainland Portugal and Islands, the estimated delivery time is 48 working hours after dispatch. If you are unable to receive your order at the shipping address, a document will be left to collect it at the nearest CTT Station, within the indicated time limit. If you are unable to collect the order within the due period, it will be returned to our office (the new shipment will only be made upon payment of shipping costs – the cost of which will be calculated based on the CTT table – the cost will be informed to the customer via email).

For purchases in Mainland Portugal and Islands, shipping costs are offered (except, in the case of urgent shipments, cost 15 €). In case of sale to other countries, the calculation will be made based on the distance and the values ​​applied by CTT (to consult the shipping costs, please go to check out). Shipping costs do not include customs fees that may be charged in the country of destination when the order arrives.

In all cases where immediate shipment is not possible, Arte Nova Jewelery will contact the Client, indicating the expected term and the possibility of refund.

We accept the exchange of your articles for others of equal or greater value, within a maximum period of 15 days from the date of purchase, as long as they are in their original conditions, without signs of use and in their original packaging. Returns of any item or exchanges of personalized items are not accepted. Once the order is placed, it cannot be canceled. In order to exchange any item, it is essential to present the purchase receipt and, in applicable cases, the card with which you made the payment. Arte Nova Jewelery offers a lifetime warranty, maintenance and free assistance on its articles, unless damage is verified as a result of incorrect use, accidental damage, or if damage is observed due to the use of abrasive and corrosive substances (ex: perfumes placed directly on the parts, detergents).

Certification Guarantee

Arte Nova Jewelery jewels are made complying with all quality criteria, in 925 Silver, 925 Silver with gold plating or 19.2k Gold, all of them duly certified by the INCM Contrastaria. All our pieces are duly marked with:

  1. Manufacturer’s Brand
  2. Precious metal touch mark
  3. Contrast Mark (whenever applicable – see conditions on the website of INCM)

The Contrastaria da INCM provides warranty by checking the legal touch and applying the contrast with the manufacturer’s liability mark, or equivalent. You can also consult the Brand Map of Contrastaria here.

Jurisdiction and Applicable Law

The Company will react to the non-compliance with these Terms and Conditions as well as to any improper use of the website, using all the corresponding civil and penal mechanisms and the one entitled to it.
